Director
Cinimod Studio is a London-based design practice specializing in interactive lighting design and integrated artworks. It was started by the architect Dominic Harris, whose passion for interactive art and lighting design has produced built projects now found across the international art and architecture scene.

Senior Interaction Designer; Architect (RIBA Part 3)
The studio comprises a small team producing a diverse range of international work that includes interactive light sculptures, interactive environments, and permanent installations. The projects undertaken, along with the important research and development process, made this studio the ideal environment in which to futher develop and expand on my own interests.

Architect (RIBA Part 3)
During my time with Softroom I worked exclusively as architect on a scheme for the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3. The project embodies many of my interests in the areas of complex three dimensional forms and cross-media installations. I was lead contact for the mechanical, electrical and AV services, and involved in the design of many bespoke elements.

Future Systems is an architecture firm based in London. The designs are not only architecturally innovative and visually striking, but also incorporate highly functional equipment - inspired by both nature and technologies transferred from other industries.

Project work focused on virtual environments and resulted in the construction of an interactive installation. Specific skills developed included Visual Basic programming and Virtual Reality coding.
• Distinction awarded for project work

• GhostSpace Project (installation in anechoic chamber)
o Immersive environment that uses 3D positional audio
o Design and construction of VR user tracking systems
o Design and software coding of audio system capable of real-time positioning of sound around the motion-tracked user. The finished installation attracted a large number of visitors and media interest, and was published in several journals.
