Cinimod Studio is able to offer a wide ranging selection of architectural, art, lighting and professional services. This multi-disciplinary approach has proven highly successful in the delivery of past projects. Specific areas of expertise include:

Design Technology

Commitment to an intelligent use of existing and emerging technologies is key to Cinimod Studio. Each project benefits from years of previous technology research and design, and the specific solution chosen for each design is based on strict criteria, including reliability, efficiency and ease of maintenance.

Architecture

Cinimod Studio has a strong architectural background, and director Dominic Harris continues to maintain ARB (Architect’s Registration Board) membership.

Collaboration

The team at Cinimod Studio have experience of working on projects on a wide variety of scales. Often it will be necessary for a project to be realised in collaboration with a larger team. With our background in architecture, construction, lighting and technology, Cinimod Studio is able to work seamlessly with other teams. Where possible, we use industry standard software and design tools to facilitate the collaboration process.

Project Management

A full range of project management services are offered by Cinimod Studio, including budgeting and tendering, scheduling, quality control, site supervision and consultant liaison.

Sustainability

The issues of environmental responsibility, sustainability and waste reduction are all considered from the early design stage and throughout the project delivery. The lighting technologies, control equipment, and construction materials are selected based on their suitability for the overall projects, and wherever possible, ‘green’ materials will be used. Cinimod Studio will work with an established network of sustainability and environmental consultants where specific advice is required.

Professional Indemnity

Cinimod Studio maintains Professional Indeminity Insurance, and Product and Public Liability Insurance. If the scope of work increases during the course of the project, the level of PI will be adjusted accordingly.

Health and Safety

Throughout the course of a project, compliance with the CDM Regulations 2007 and other relevant guidelines are followed, in order to help reduce the risk of injury to those involved in the construction and installation processes, as well as to the public. A Health & Safety file is maintained for each project and kept ready for inspection.
