Location: Saatchi Gallery, London
Creative Agency: Imagination
Physical Production: Cinimod Studio
Music Composition: Cinimod Studio

An in-depth exploration of the fine craftsmanship of wood used within the car’s interior, the interactive ‘Wood Wall’ installation was designed to raise recognition of how the woodwork within each Rolls-Royce vehicle can be fully customised by its owner. Viewers were enabled in physically pushing the flexible projection screen to create live interactive manipulations of the wood patterns and textures. As participants created their unique wood marquetry and book matching patterns, the experience was further amplified by a rich, interactive orchestral soundtrack.

Also displayed was the ‘Spirit of Ecstasy’, another Cinimod Studio artwork that provided viewers with the opportunity to become the form of Rolls-Royce’s iconic through an innovative and interactive installation.

The nine pristine white rooms of the Saatchi Gallery served as the perfect backdrop for this exhibition which explored and celebrated the rich colours, textures, design and customisation culture of Rolls-Royce. The interactive installations produced by Cinimod Studio were cutting edge in their design and execution, and through the close collaboration with Imagination and Rolls-Royce, they were a successful embodiment of the luxury brand.

The multi-sensory exhibition toured the world, from Berlin to Dubai, Shanghai to Los Angeles, and beyond.
